The thing that makes love so special is that we give those we love the knowledge and power to hurt us. We open our deepest vulnerabilities, share our traumas and fears in the hopes that they will never use them against us - with the deliberate intention to maim and hurt.

Today is Pink Shirt Day!
No words of wisdom- just missing the summer vibes and calling the sun. Taken on a rare picnic in 2020 before one of many lockdowns.
Healing is messy, painful and breaks you in so many ways. Yet- every time you heal parts of yourself, you own more of the things that make you amazing. Can’t wait to see your light.
