Day 39: Strip 

My Poetic Heart

Lay everything bare
No masks no barriers
Drowning in want
A need without end
Take it all off
Strip down until
All that is left
Is this fragile body
Rattling bones and
Living tissue
Breakable
Healable
Strong.
